The food was delicious, the atmosphere was warm and welcoming, with an extensive wine list as well. Being able to enjoy a wonderful meal right on the property made the experience even more inviting. Overall, Bootleggers Lodge offers the perfect combination of beautiful decor, thoughtful amenities, excellent dining, and a peaceful North Woods setting. It’s an ideal place to unwind, reconnect with nature, and enjoy a relaxing lakefront escape. I would happily return and highly recommend it to anyone looking for a special stay in Wisconsin’s North Woods. My family and I truly loved our stay!

We had a wonderful stay at the Lodge. Everything was on point- from the comfortable bed and linens to the lively beach scene and cocktails to the amazing nighttime live music entertainment and fireworks and finally, the delicious food at the restaurant. Bootleggers Lodge is the whole package and exactly what Lake Nokomis needs. This is a great option for a weekend away or even guest overflow if you own a lake property and don’t have enough room for everyone.
