Bootleggers is hands‑down our favorite spot in the North Woods. Every visit feels like coming home. Mark is an exceptional general manager — welcoming, attentive, and always on top of every detail. The staff is just as impressive: friendly, fast, and genuinely committed to making sure guests have a great experience. We look forward to every visit and already can’t wait to come back.

We just spent a week at Bootleggers Lodge and Supper Club, and it exceeded our expectations in every way! From the moment we arrived, the staff made us feel genuinely welcome. Everyone was so friendly, accommodating, and eager to make sure we had a wonderful stay. Their hospitality truly made all the difference. Our room was clean, cozy, and featured one of the most comfortable beds I've ever slept in while traveling. After long days enjoying the area, it was the perfect place to relax and recharge. The food was absolutely delicious! Every meal we had at the supper club was fresh, flavorful, and generously portioned. It's easy to see why people keep coming back. The setting couldn't have been more beautiful. Waking up to the peaceful views of the lake each morning and spending evenings taking in the scenery made for a truly relaxing getaway. The grounds are well maintained and create the perfect Northwoods atmosphere. If you're looking for a place to unwind, enjoy fantastic food, and experience exceptional hospitality, I highly recommend Bootleggers Lodge and Supper Club. We made wonderful memories during our stay and are already looking forward to coming back!

The room was great! The only problem we encountered was that there was a bad leak in the bathroom ceiling during the thunderstorm. It looked like the water came in through the vent and ran down the wall. It also caused a pocket in the wallpaper that dripped and then sprayed onto the bathroom floor. We contained it the best we could with bath towels so it didn’t cause damage. I can send a picture if that helps to locate it.

Beautiful room with all updated amenities. Such a beautiful resort and very pleased with our entire stay. Will be back!!!
